October 6, 2010-Gina Michelle Real Estate Broker has completed the Certified HAFA Specialist training course and received the (CHS) Certified HAFA Specialist certification.

As a 'Certified HAFA Specialist' the Realtor®, Gina is working with homeowners to help them find alternatives to foreclosure through a government assisted short sale.

The HAFA certification is a special designation for Realtors who understand the Treasury Supplemental Directive 09-09. If a seller qualifies, they may be able to walk away from their home without further obligation to their lender/s and BE PAID $3000.00 for relocation expenses. Lenders have strict time frames to adhere to for HAFA clients.
